Inoperable, wrecked, or stored vehicles.

Per the declaration of restrictions for GlennWoods.

Section 5 Paragraph D:

Vehicle Parking. No trucks, campers, trailers, boats, or similar vehicle shall be parked on any street or on any lot in the development. Furthermore, disabled or non operational vehicles of any kind shall not be parked on any lot, driveway or street. Storage of any vehicle is prohibited, except in an enclosed garage.

There have been many reported violations of inoperable vehicle throughout the GlennWoods community, not only is this a community violation, it's a city zoning violation as well and your vehicle can be towed ( even from your driveway) and you could also be fined if you choose not to comply. Finally and most important, inoperable vehicles gives the community a TRASHY appearance.
