Tree Preservation.

Section 3, Paragraph C: Tree Preservation.

No live tree with a trunk diameter of 4 inches or more when measured 4 feet above the ground may be removed without prior written consent of the Committee.

All common area with GlennWoods is for the sole enjoyment of all GlennWoods residents or their accompanied guest.

As a reminder to those homeowners who's property backs up to the common area, please be aware of your property lines and do not extend your back yard equipment, patio furniture, or swing sets into the common area. You will simply create a liability problem for you and the Association, should someone become injured while utilizing your equipment with in the common area.
