Speeding in our community is a real problems. 3 HOMEOWNERS have already been stopped and issued tickets at $150.00 each for running stop signs.

We have had many homeowners contact us about the speeding in our community. You are not alone, this is a big topic at all of our Board Meetings. We are well aware of the homeowners concerns.

After many calls to the Indianapolis Traffic Department, we will get a sheriff in our community periodically patrolling.

The Board was told by the Sheriff's Department that there would be $150.00 ticket issued for running stop signs or speeding in our community. There will not be any warning tickets issue. If you are speeding or running stop signs, you will be issued a ticket in the amount of $150.00

Please ask your children to walk on the sidewalks and stay off the street if at all possible. This is for their own safety.

Speed Bumps: We have been asked about speed bumps. These are city streets and the city will not allow us to put speed bumps in the community for multiple reasons. The city will not plow the snow on our streets if we have speed bumps. Nor would a sub-contractor plow our streets due to speed bumps.
