Here are just a few simple ideals to deter this juvenile crime wave.

1. Keep an eye out on your street. Know who is suppose to be there and who is not. Do the neighborly thing and be observant of the homes in your general area.

2. Do Not invite trouble. Don't leave your garage door open and unattended.

3. Don't leave your car unlocked with the garage door opener in plane site and always lock the interior door leading from the garage in to the house.

4.Leave your exterior lights on in the evening or install sensor controlled lights. Criminals are nocturnal creatures, they prefer the hours of darkness.

Due to the increase number of incidents, the board of directors are looking for Volunteers to assist in a Neighborhood Crime Watch Program.
