Mini - Barn Amendment - 256

Required Signatures for Approval = 256

The mini barns have been approved. The required signatures have  been collected. The paperwork has been file with the Attorney and then it will be sent to the county recorders office.

Amendment and Declarations of Restrictions for GlennWoods.

Approved Mini Barns would be no bigger then 10 x 10 wood barns, color coordinated to your house.  No metal or tin barns allowed.

What you will need to get your barn passed.

  • A Photo or drawing of the barn.
  • A plot plan - if you don't have one, you may pick one up at the Wayne Township Assessors Office on Transfer Way.
  • The request form completed. You will need to fill out an architectural change form which can be requested by clicking here.

We will approve barns as quickly as possible.

If you have a metal mini barn in your back yard you are in volitions of the approved structure.

We would like to thank Susan Nichols Board President, Board vice president, Philip Crawley and Member at Large Steve Norris who have went door-to-door campaigning to obtain the required approval signatures.
