Glennwoods H.O.A. Mailbox Guidelines

Per the declaration of restrictions for GlennWoods, Section 3, Paragraph D.: Mailboxes and post Lamps.

Mailboxes are required to be installed by the builder on each lot. The approved mailbox shall by the caporal medium custom on a 4" by 4" post. Post lamp, if installed, shall be uniform.

Many of the mailboxes throughout the community are in need of number replacement ( remember to put numbers on both sides ).

Also, the approved mailbox has not been changed, therefore, if your box or post requires replacing, please replace with current style and size.

Beautify your box by unscrewing it from the post, remove the numbers, sand lightly to remove any rust, wipe it down with a wet cloth finish it off by using a rust proof black paint and new numbers. Reattach it to the post and your done. ( takes about 30 - 60 minutes depending on paint drying time.
