The Community Budget
is set in place based on a 100% of collection/payment of the H.O.A Dues. If

made accordingly. As of Dec 31st

The community can not be keep up if HOA dues are not
paid in a timely manner.
HOA Dues pay for the following. (Just to name a few)

If payments are not made or payment arrangements are not made you will
be turned over to the attorney. A $25.00 late fee will be applied to any
homeowners account that does not make payment in full by March 2-09.
The delinquent
accounts are automatically handed over to the HOA Attorney. If you
have not made payment yet, you are encouraged to contact Scott Tanner
