Glennwoods Home Owners Association welcomes you.

The new gazebo has been painted and stained. We are planning on planting flowers and shrubs on June 8th.

The older gazebo off of Wandering Way was freshened up and the decking was stained.
 

Fishing Policy: it is catch and release policy. You are not allowed to remove the fish from the ponds. Fishing is for fun, after you catch a fish return it to the pond. It is considered a act of theft to remove the fish from the ponds.

DRN (Department of Natural Resources) provides a very nice site full of information on Fishing in Indiana.

Authorized common area maintenance dollars to be spent in the following.

Pond Maintenance

$2,800.00

Tree Maintenance

$1,000.00

Lawn Maintenance

$8,800.00

Fertilizer

$800.00

Total Expense

$13,400.00

The for common area maintenance service are costing the HOA $75.00 per cleanup for trash and debris, please help us keep these areas clean. If you live on a pond lot, help keep them clean by picking up trash and debris on your pond.

In order to help keep Common Area Maintenance cost down, the board is looking for Volunteers to assist in a community clean / community beautification project. All assistance is welcomed, young, mature, and anywhere in between. A great opportunity to meet your neighbors.


Motorized Vehicles are not allowed on the Trails or Walking Paths in our Community.

You spoke and we listened !!! No Trespassing Signs, No Motorized Vehicle Signs as well as No Solicitation Signs have all been Posted in various locations throughout the community as requested.

A brand new Gazebo has been placed in the wooded area in the 6800 block of Wandering Way. The Board of Directors are in the process of getting bids for the new gazebo to be painted and stained. We are also planning on planting flowers and shrubs around the new gazebo.
