Spring is here and generally the time to complete those special projects. Please remember before you begin an architectural change project to your lot, you must have PRIOR APPROVAL from the Board of Directors.

ACR Form will need to be completed for installing a fence, building a mini barn, you will need a lot survey if placing a fence on the property and a photo or drawing of the fence / mini barn.

The fencing should be wood or vinyl fencing - no chain link fencing allowed on any giving lot.

Approved Mini Barns would be no bigger then 10 x 10 wood barns, color coordinated to your house.  No metal or tin barns allowed.

What you will need to get your barn passed.

• A Photo or drawing of the barn.
• A plot plan - if you don't have one, you may pick one up at the Wayne Township Assessors Office on Transfer Way.  This will only show the plot itself it will not show the dimensions of the lot. You may need to get a survey for approval by the .

We will approve barns as quickly as possible.

If you have a metal mini barn in your back yard you are in volitions of the approved structure.

The original survey company is Consulting Engineers land Surveyors at 849-5935 or 800-728-0917. If you give them a call they may be able to send you a copy of your lot for Free.

Please complete an Architectural Change Request form and return along with a copy of your survey map of your lot.
