| Article VI Rules and
Regulations.
Section 6.01 Rights of Board to Adopt Rules and Regulations. The Board may promulgate such reasonable and non-discriminating Rules and Regulations regarding the operation of the Common Areas and to provide reasonable restrictions on the use of the several lots, as the Board may deem necessary from time to time. The Board shall cause copies of such Rules and Regulation. Article VII Amendment to By-Laws. Section 7.01 These By-Laws may be amended by a vote of not less than sixty-seven (67%) percent of the Owners voting in person or by proxy at a duly constituted meeting called for such purpose, or at an Annual Meeting. |
