By authority of the Code of By-Laws
for Glennwoods Homeowners Association, Inc, Article III, Borad of
Directors, Section 3.07, Powers of the Board of Directors, Paragraph
(g): to adopt, revise, amend, and alter from time to time reasonable
Rules and Regulations.

The board has created a policy
regarding the display of Christmas / Holiday Lights on the exterior
of a home or on a lot to be as follows:
1. Christmas / Holiday Lights may
not be installed to the exterior of the home or on a Lot prior to
November 1st of each year.
2. Christmas / Holiday Lights must
be removed from the exterior of the home or on
a Lot by March 1st of
each year.
3. Christmas / Holiday Lights shall
not be displayed from the exterior of the home or Lot from March 1st
- November 1st of each year.
This policy applies to All
residents of Glennwoods: resident owners and resident non owner (
tenants). |
