Homeowners Association Dues

We are 26,000+ dollars in the red. This is due to Non Payment from Homeowners.  If you haven’t paid this years annual homeowners association dues, please do so promptly. We thank all those who have been diligent in keeping their accounts up to date.

Unfortunately, there are some homeowners who have not.  As this is a contractual obligation, the HOA has legal counsel to help in pursuing the collection of dues.  Attorney fees will be charged to the homeowner.  This is a serious matter and should not be taken lightly.  If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact the board as soon as possible.  These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
