2004 Budget, the semi annual assessment fee of $75.00 due January 1, 2004, with the second installment of $75.00 will be due July 1, 2004. Your first semi annual payment must be received at the above address by the end of January to avoid late fee of $25.00. As always, you may prepay your assessment in full by making check payable in the amount of $150.00. Also you will find a reminder letter regarding adverse winter weather conditions for review.

Even with a thorough review  and extensive negotiation of multiple bids for grass cutting, lake treatment and other services, we find many pressures driving up our services costs. This along with the community's HIGH DELINQUENCY RATE, the board was forced to make some hard decisions regarding services for 2004. The board chose NOT to increase the 2004 association fees to cover the expense of delinquent accounts. However, in order to support this decision several community services for 2004 had to be reduced or cut entirely. These services are as follows.

• Snow Removal - Cancelled - Glennwoods will be plowed by the city.

• Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control - reduced treatment for 5 to 3 treatments.

• Grubworm Treatment - Cancelled

• Mature Tree Care / Removal - reduced allocated funds by 50%

• Common Area Maintenance - reduced

We do appreciate your understanding in the matter. We, Glennwoods homeowners like you, will continue our commitment to keep the assessment fee as low as possible, while adequately maintaining the community.
